A big hello from our wonderful Year 2 class!

In Year 2 the class teachers are Mrs Varty on a Monday and Tuesday and Mrs Davidson on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The HLTA in our class is Mrs O’Neill.

Year 2 are a super team who are kind, hard working, thoughtful and always try to help each other following our school mission statement ‘We grow and learn in the footsteps of Jesus’! 

We try to make our learning as fun as possible so while in Year 2 you will go back in time to 1666 and even take a look at some real life artefacts that may have been left behind in the Great Fire of London, you will go on a journey to find the hot climate of Africa and in the summer term dress up as a Victorian.

Year 2 will take you on a journey and we hope that all of our children enjoy the ride!
