Hello Year 4! 

Welcome to Year 4!

We are thrilled to welcome such an amazing class this year! Our wonderful team consists of Miss Studholme, our class teacher, and Miss Newall, our senior teaching assistant.

Year 4 is filled with exciting adventures in learning! Together, we’ll travel back in time to discover how children’s lives have changed throughout history, explore the fascinating world of the Anglo-Saxons, and uncover the stories behind our local history.

In Geography, we’ll journey through the world’s rainforests, explore the UK and its cities, and discover the breathtaking beauty of the Lake District, from its majestic mountains to its winding rivers.

In Science, we’ll investigate the wonders of sound, explore the states of matter, discover how electricity works, and learn all about animals, including humans.
