Hello from Year 4!

Welcome to Year 4! In our class we have Miss Dillon (teacher), Mrs Henry (senior teaching assistant) and Mrs Newall (senior teaching assistant). In Year 4 we are a super team and we work well together no matter how difficult the task is. We love to learn and take on new challenges. We have lots of exciting learning going on and so many opportunities. 

In Year 4, we have lots of exciting topics. We go back in time to learn about the Romans and their impact on Britain, the Anglo-Saxons and we learn about our local area's history including John Paul Jones. In geography, we learn about the UK including cities and counties, North America and the Lake District including mountains and rivers. Our science learning includes learning about sound, the states of matter, animals including humans and electricity.
